Program study for the sketch and Preliminary Design stages, then detailed technical programming alongside to assistance to the client-owner during architectural and technical studies, up to the selection of construction companies, for the new headquarters (100 employees) for the Piaget brand. The program site is located near the brand's plant in the industrial zone located on the outskirts of Geneva. The program was defined following a feasibility study done in 1999. Total project cost: Confidential.
This mission was done in close collaboration with BET Louis Choulet, fluids consultant and Michel Ducroux, Quantity Surveyor.
