Planning study at preliminary design level, organisation on behalf of the principal of an international pre-selection competition, then detailed technical planning in parallel to assisting the principal in accompanying the studies of the main contractor up to selection of concerns, for a new clock and watchmaking manufacturing premises established in the industrial "Zone des Biches" at Villars sur Glane. The plan comprises 9.000 m² out-to-out net (apart from the covered parking areas) and brings together the heavy industrial activities (machining) as well as the particularly sensitive finishing activities (assembly of movements, framing) as well as some administrative functions.
