Pre-planning study, then planning at preliminary design level, organisation on behalf of the principal of a pre-selection competition, then detailed technical planning in parallel to assisting the principal in accompanying the studies of the main contractor up to selection of concerns, for a new clock and watchmaking manufacturing premises established in an industrial zone just coming into Geneva. The plan comprises 10.000 m² out-to-out net (apart from covered parking areas) and it groups heavy industrial activity together (embossing, machining, casting) as well as particularly sensitive finishing activities (assembly, framing, jewellery), and also some administrative and reception functions.
Value of work: confidential
The missions have been carried out in close collaboration with BET Louis Choulet, fluids consultant (exploitation and process), and Michel Ducroux, economist.
