Definition of the contents, architectural and technical programming of a large project (between 300.000 and 400.000 sq.m, depending on different scenarios) in Paris La Défense (Business District of Paris), based upon the idea of transforming the immense spaces built under the main circulation slab in the Seventies, which were never used. The project concerns the installation of innovative companies in the fields of movie industry, TV industry, IT industry, broadcasting, advertising, graphic design, as well as artistic companies (music, dance and theatre, mainly). The programmed spaces are shooting studios, set workshops, control rooms, training spaces, office spaces, and all necessary specialized premises, as well as common spaces (restaurants, meeting spaces, …).
For this project, we work in a team with Thierry Melot Architect (team leader), Neveux et Rouyer, landscaper, and Scène, stage designer and scenographer.
