Planning study with a view to the organisation of designers' competition, concerning a multi-disciplinary nautical sports base (sailing, wind surfing and motorboating).
The plan, approx. 900 m² useful surface area and 10.000 m2 of external areas, comprises a part which is being rehabilitated and part which is a new construction.
Budget for operation : about 10 million francs inc. all taxes.
