Definition of program, technical and cost estimate assistance to the client-owner for the verification that design complies with the program during the development phase of the project (preliminary design, design development and construction documents, Demolition Permit and Building Permit), during the bidding process and throughout the construction phase.
Interface with the building owner.
The project includes the renovation of the historic boutique and its extension on the ground floor and first floor, as well as fitting luxury jewelery workshops and exhibit rooms in the upper floors of the building (about 3.500 sqm gross square meters).
