General programming of a private modern art museum, on the Isle Seguin, former site of Renault production factory. The architectural competition was won by Tadao Ando.
Assistance to the Client for verification that design was in compliance with program during Preliminary Design and Design Development stages up to the choice of contractors.
Detailed technical programming (functional and technical features room per room for all activities).
The whole building was about 30.000 sq.m GFA.
The project has not been built.
