Definition study and planning for the establishment of a permanent Exhibition Hall for Urban and Architectural Heritage, in the "countries" who are signatories of the "Towns and Countries of Art and History" convention. Inventory of possible locations, definition of themes for exhibition, training of heritage resources personnel in planning the exhib. and the process of the project. 21 towns are involved. Study carried out in collaboration with Marcel Freydefont, lecturer at the school of architecture of Clermont-Ferrand, head of the department of Scenology.
