General programming of the urban project (25 hectares of exhibition spaces on the "Aire des Vents" neighborhood in La Courneuve) and the related spaces, then assistance to the Principal for the organization of an urban and architectural competition with pre-selection of three teams up until the designation of the winner. General programming for most of the buildings on the site, in particular those dedicated to performances. Definition and opportunity study, followed by pre-programming for a large capacity performance hall (60.000 to 80.000 seats), done in collaboration with Yvan Hinnemann (sarl OSMOSE).
The theme of this World Fair was "the Image".The project was stopped and the fair did not happen.
